A letter read by the YouTuber broken chains motivation which I found very powerful.
I destroy homes tear families apart
Take your children and that’s just the start
I’m more costly than diamonds, more costly than gold
The sorrow I bring is a sight to behold
And if you need me remember I’m easily found
I live all around you in schools and in towns
I live with the rich, I live with the poor
I live down the street and maybe even next door
My power is incredible, try me and you’ll see
But if you do, you may never break free
Try me once and I might let you go but try me twice and I’ll own your soul
When I posses you you’ll steal and lie, you’ll do whatever you have too just to get high
The crimes you’ll commit because of my narcotic charm will be worth the pleasure you’ll feel in my arms
You’ll lie to your mother, steal from your dad
I take kids from parents and parents from kids
I turn people from god and separate them from friends
I’ll take everything from you, your looks and your pride
I’ll be with you always right by your side
When I’m finished with you you’ll be lucky to live
You’ll regret that you tried me, they always will
You could have said no and walked away, if you lived that day over now what would you say
I’ll be your master and you’ll be my slave I’ll even go with you to your grave
Signed

Heartbreaking Ajee

"I'll own your soul."
The Devil's work. I'm grateful for having been brought up a Catholic, although I no longer practise that religion. It taught me the distinction between Good and Evil, and how to stay safe. I don't get anywhere with my husband and youngest son when I talk about addiction being evil, because they see it differently, but I am certainly not going to change my stance.
Thank you Ajee. Keep posting. P.

Tell me about it Lesleerose - when I first heard it it gave me this odd feeling like a shiver down my body
Poetry - I share a similarly opinion, I mean how can it not be the devils work with all the pain and misery it causes

Very powerful indeed and every word true. How can something so destructive, not be evil. It surely is!

Wow Ajae. Those words are very powerful but sadly the truth.
